After nine wonderful years of photographing weddings in Hawaii, we have relocated to Philadelphia to be closer to family. It is a delight to be back on the east coast to enjoy the four seasons and the historical and cultural riches of the area.
We shoot in a photojournalistic style and also incorporate relaxed formal poses. We use professional digital equipment and pay careful attention in post-production to every image for optimum exposure, color balance, sharpness and creative presentation.
We take a variety of shots to tell the story--from intimate beach and garden weddings to more traditional gala celebrations. Coverage may include photos of the bride and groom getting ready, the ceremony, group shots of family and friends, a romantic photo shoot of the couple alone, casual, candid shots, details like flowers, dress, cake and the overall ambiance of your unforgettable wedding day.

During my twenty years as a professional photojournalist employed by newspapers and magazines, I have photographed a wide range of interesting people - from school children in Nicaragua to Presidents of the United States to famous musicians and authors to community leaders and eccentric characters. My photographs have been published in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Miami Herald, The Christian Science Monitor, U.S. News and World Report, The Charlotte Observer, and the Providence Journal-Tribune.
For the past 10 years, I have brought my skills as a photojournalist to the world of wedding photography - once again, documenting the human story. I feel extremely blessed by the work that I do - capturing moments of emotion and affection between the bride and groom, the playfulness and excitement of the guests, the joy of the celebration. It’s all about timing - being awake and aware and in a kind of dance with the couple, the light, the location, my camera, myself and the feeling of the moment.
